Plated Diamonds

Precision turned, stainless steel to ensure proper concentricity and balance for high speed use. All the corners are rounded and the plating cycle is specifically tuned for the point shape to ensure even diamond coverage and strong bond. The sharp, natural diamond grit conforms to ISO specifications for medium diamond grit (120-200 mesh/125-180 micron.

 Sintered Diamonds

Made with structurally uniform, man made diamonds held in a hard binder with extreme heat and pressure for several ours in oxygen-free environment (the "hot pressure" method). The result is a uniform, solid sintered matrix of diamonds in a stronger binder for maximum durability. New diamonds are exposed as the point ins used. The medium grit points are suitable for use on tall materials including hardened steel, glass, and stone.
